Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Predicted Sports. By creating an account or subscribing to our premium service, you agree to these terms. They’re written in plain language so they’re actually readable.

What this service is

Predicted Sports is a sports analytics and data product. We publish statistical predictions for sporting events (MLB games, player props, World Cup matches, and others) generated by computer simulation models we maintain. The premium tier surfaces additional analysis — including edge-vs-market comparisons, high-EV pick lists, and interactive simulators.

Account responsibility

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Subscription and billing

• Premium access is sold as a recurring subscription, billed monthly or yearly. The price and current billing cycle are shown at checkout.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card information is handled directly by Stripe and never stored on our servers.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel beforehand.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain premium access until then.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If something goes wrong on our end — an extended outage, charging the wrong plan, etc. — contact us and we’ll make it right.
• We may change subscription pricing for future renewals. Current subscribers will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect on their account.

Acceptable use

A few things you agree not to do:

• Share your account credentials so other people can use a single subscription — one account per person.
• Scrape, mirror, redistribute, or republish our predictions, data tables, or simulator output for commercial purposes without written permission.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, browser extensions) to extract content beyond ordinary browsing.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our models or the underlying training data.
• Use the service to harass, defame, or harm others, or in any way that violates applicable law.

Intellectual property

The site design, written content, data presentations, predictive models, simulator code, and underlying datasets are owned by Predicted Sports or our licensors. Granting you access to the service doesn’t transfer any ownership rights in those materials. You may make ordinary personal use of the content for your own information; redistribution requires permission.

Sports-team names, league names, and logos referenced on the site belong to their respective rights holders. We use them for informational reference and claim no ownership.

Service availability

We aim to keep the service up and the data current, but we can’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. From time to time the site may be unavailable for maintenance, due to upstream data outages, or for reasons beyond our control. We’ll do our best to minimize these and communicate when something significant happens.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the predictions or data will be accurate, complete, reliable, or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Predicted Sports and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or any losses arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service or from any decisions you make based on its content. Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for repeated chargeback activity. If we close your account without cause, we’ll refund any unused portion of a prepaid subscription period.

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms in a way that materially affects your rights or obligations, we’ll post the new version with an updated date at the top and notify active subscribers by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or the service will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Delaware.
