We published a piece this morning arguing that a unanimous AI board deserves a little less trust than it invites, with a month of graded numbers behind the claim. Belgrade then spent the evening making the point for us: the unanimous picks went 6-2, and of the three fights where the field agreed on the fighter and the finish both, exactly one landed. When unanimity is real signal and when it is just twelve models seeing the same obvious thing is the whole piece.

The conviction board of the day for the third straight day, on the same matchup: every reporting model is on Milwaukee at 69 percent average confidence, and the first two installments cashed, 6-2 on Friday and 3-1 on Saturday. Robert Gasser gets the sweep call against Brent Suter (MLB probables). The board has been unanimous on the Brewers all three days of the series.

The only game in baseball where the models disagree today: five on Toronto, four on St. Louis, nobody past 55 percent. The context makes it interesting. Toronto has taken the first two by a combined 8-2, and the same board that planted a 75 percent flag on the Jays Friday is a coin flip on Sunday, which reads like an argument about whether the sweep is already priced in.
